それに— In addition / Moreover

• この店は料理がおいしい。それに、値段も安い。

  Kono mise wa ryōri ga oishii. Sore ni, nedan mo yasui.

  This restaurant has good food. Moreover, the prices are cheap.

  それに = in addition (adding another positive); 値段も = the price too

• 雨が降っている。それに、寒い。

  Ame ga futte iru. Sore ni, samui.

  It's raining. On top of that, it's cold.

  それに adds another negative condition in the same direction

• この部屋は広い。それに、駅から近い。

  Kono heya wa hiroi. Sore ni, eki kara chikai.

  This room is spacious. Moreover, it's close to the station.

  それに = in addition, adding a second advantage in the same direction

• ・Key Concept: それに (moreover, same direction) vs それでも (even so, contrasting).
• ・Detail: しかも is a synonym (moreover, what's more — slightly more formal).
• ・Summary: Used to pile on related reasons or facts.
