Terms and Conditions — Lengaki
Welcome to Lengaki. Lengaki is owned and created by Anuj Kumar. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and digital learning services, including Lengaki Pro (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Ownership
Lengaki is solely owned, developed, and maintained by Anuj Kumar. All rights, intellectual property, and digital assets related to Lengaki belong exclusively to Anuj Kumar unless otherwise stated.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not: Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content; attempt to reverse engineer or modify system code; interfere with or disrupt server operations or security. All Japanese learning materials, vocabulary, design elements, and AI-generated features remain the intellectual property of Anuj Kumar.
3. Accounts
An account may be required to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details and ensuring the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Lengaki is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features, including but not limited to N4 vocabulary, enhanced AI tools, and additional learning modules, are available only under a paid subscription known as Lengaki Pro. Payments are processed through reliable third-party processors such as Razorpay, Stripe, or similar. By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing on renewal periods and charges to your selected payment method. Pricing and subscription details may change, but users will be notified in advance.
5. Refund Policy
All payments for subscriptions or digital products are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but access will remain valid until the current billing cycle ends. No partial refunds will be issued for early termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, interfaces, code, designs, audio, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Anuj Kumar, unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or resell the content without written permission. The name Lengaki, its logo, and branding elements are trademarks owned by Anuj Kumar.
7. AI Features
Lengaki uses AI-based features such as pronunciation scoring, translation support, and personalized learning recommendations. AI outputs may not always be fully accurate. You agree that AI features are provided “as is” and without any guarantee of error-free performance.
8. User-Generated Content
If you upload or submit any content (e.g., recordings, custom vocab lists), you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for service improvement and feature functionality. Ownership of your content remains with you.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect user data. By using Lengaki, you consent to our data practices.
10. Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or misuse/attempt to exploit the Service. You may also delete your account at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of translations, vocabulary, or pronunciations; uninterrupted availability; or achievement of language proficiency. Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lengaki and Anuj Kumar are not liable for loss of data, loss of earnings or business, service interruptions, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
