Is Lena free?
Yes. Every free LenGaki account can send Lena 3 messages a day. The allowance is shared between the website and the Android app and refills at midnight UTC. LenGaki Pro makes Lena unlimited.
Do my chats sync with the LenGaki app?
Yes. Your conversations are saved to your account: chats you start in the app appear here, and chats you start on the website appear in the app's chat history the next time you open the app.
What can I ask Lena?
Anything about learning Japanese: grammar points, the difference between similar words, how to say something, kanji, counters, keigo and culture. When you ask about a single word or phrase, Lena answers with a word card you can listen to and save.
Is Lena always right?
Lena is an AI tutor. Her explanations are usually clear and accurate, but like any AI she can make mistakes, so double-check anything important against your lessons or a dictionary.
